I have many years of experience selling residential homes, apartments, multifamily investment properties and rural homes on small acreages. I pride myself on providing all the information you need to make an informed decision when and only when you are ready to make that decision.
I am a very people oriented agent who enjoys all aspects of the real estate profession including showing properties, doing research for both buyers and sellers. I always find it exciting negotiating offers on behalf of my clients and sharing in their excitement when we have a successful outcome. One of my favourite things is when I meet my clients to hand over the keys to their new home.
